Rocky Mountain Valve Symposium Registration

Symposium Registration Fees

Registration fee includes tuition, course materials, continental breakfasts, lunches, social events, and local transportation to and from symposium activities. Your credit card will be charged the symposium fee when received. You will receive email or written confirmation of your registration.

Cancellation Policy

The International Heart Institute of Montana Foundation reserves the right to cancel the symposium if necessary. All registration fees will be refunded if the program should have to be cancelled.

Refunds

Full refund, less $100 administrative fee, will be given for written cancellations prior to July 1, 2010. After July 1, 2010 refunds will not be available. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

We would be happy to assist you with planning of recreational activities such as fly-fishing, horseback riding, white water rafting, dude ranch stays, historical tours, and other ideas.
