Rocky Mountain Valve Symposium Registration

Rocky 2008 Registration

Registration will take place at 6pm on Wednesday, July 23, 2008 at the Doubletree Hotel. Registration is also possible at 7:00 am on Thursday, July 24, 2008 at St. Patrick Hospital. The registration fee includes tuition, course materials, continental breakfasts, lunches, social events, and local transportation to and from symposium activities.

Registration Fees

Physician	$795 by June 30	$895 July 1 or later
Resident/Fellow/Nurse	$300 by June 30	$350 July 1 or later

Cancellation Policy

The International Heart Institute of Montana Foundation reserves the right to cancel the symposium if necessary. All registration fees will be refunded if the program should have to be cancelled.

Unrestricted Educational Grants

This program is made possible with a generous unrestricted educational grant provided by Medtronic. Others providing unrestricted educational grants will be listed in the participant syllabus.
